About shipment services

For USA, Spain and Russia, we send products from oversea warehouse when they are in stock.

For other countries, we provide different shipping method accordingly.

1.Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status. Click here.Please contact us within 3 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
2. Tips for shipping
1) A telephone number is required for delivery. Leave the correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent. 
2) APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay additional fee with a PO box address.
3) For Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, there will be a little bit shipping fee. 4) Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Eglobalgo.

About Customs Tax

For some items, we suggest buyers of these countries buy from the oversea warehouse when they are in stock, in that case no customs tax needed to be paid.

For other countries, your product will be shipped from Chinese warehouse, We will declare real value of the order(if you need us declare low value,please contact us ). Buyer have the responsibility to clear custom and we can provide invoice of the order if buyer needs. If the package was returned because buyer does not pay for the tax, we won’t resend or refund for these orders.

About Return & Refund

1. If there are problems of the products, please contact our customer service immediately.Email:info@eglobalgo.com

2. All returned items must be put in original package and a valid tracking number is required, also please state the return reason and your order number. We will manage a refund when the returned unit with all components in original package is received.

3. The shipping fee produced by return should be paid by the buyer.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation
Order confirmation will be sent to the email listed on your order once you complete an order.Therefore, please ensure that your email address should be correct.  Shipping confirmation will be sent when your order is fulfilled and shipped to the destination. Please feel free to contact us if you don’t receive any notification in 7 days. Email to: info@eglobalgo.com

Cancel Order 
1) How to cancel my order?Any order can be easily canceled before shipping from the warehouse. Contact our customer service to request the refund if you really want to.
2) Cancellation SuccessYou will receive an order cancellation email notification when customer service is successful to cancel an order. Please ensure your email address is correct.
Note: If you don’t receive any order or shipping info, you can inquire customer service for a confirmation.
